The Friends of Lake Darling have several collecting locations in the Park and get together to sort cans/bottles about four times each year. The cans/bottles are redeemed as a fund raiser.

Gages are set throughout Darling Park for holding recyclable cans and bottles. Find them at the Main Boat Ramp Restroom, Lodge/Beach parking lot and Campground Restroom area.

Friends have a small shed to store the bags of cans and bottles to be picked up for redemption. We usually get about 50 bags of cans and 650 glass bottles!
